Reservation policy
- Each reservation, after its confirmation, requires everyone to order from the brunch menu
- Reservations can be made for a maximum of 6 people.
- It is not possible to add one or more people to a table of 6.
- For organizational reasons, multiple tables booked for the same group
(ex: two tables of 6 for a single group of 12 people) will be handled separately. - It is not possible to join or move tables.
- In case of groups of 6, we ask that you notify us of reservation changes or cancellations by 4 pm the day before the reservation.
- Reservations can be made up to 10 days in advance of the date of interest.
- Reservations can be changed or cancelled by 8 pm on the day prior to booking. We will be sure to call you on the day of the reservation for confirmation.
- In the event that you do not confirm your reservation by 8 pm the day before, we reserve the right to cancel it. For this reason, we ask you to accurately state your phone number so that we can contact you.
- In case the number is found to be non-existent, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.
- The table will be reserved for 1 hour and 30 minutes from the time of the confirmed reservation.
- It is not possible to request an extension of the stay, even in the case of delays.
- It is possible to cancel your reservation in the following ways:
– From the button in the confirmation email or reminder email received 24 hours in advance
– WhatsApp
– By sending an email to info@hyggecorner.com - If you wish to change the date or time of arrival you must cancel your reservation and make a new one.
- In case of late arrival or if there is a change in the number of people, we ask you to report it through WhatsApp.
- If there is no availability, we suggest that you monitor the website often or try to contact us on WhatsApp to see if there have been any cancellations.
- We are available daily from 10 am to 17 pm
- Ogni prenotazione, dopo la sua conferma, prevede che tutti debbano ordinare dal menu brunch
- È possibile prenotare per un massimo di 6 persone.
- Non è possibile aggiungere una o più persone a un tavolo da 6.
- Per motivi organizzativi, più tavoli prenotati per lo stesso gruppo
(es: due tavoli da 6 per un gruppo unico di 12 persone) verranno gestiti separatamente. - Non è possibile unire o spostare tavoli.
- In caso di gruppi di 6 persone, vi chiediamo di comunicarci modifiche o cancellazioni della prenotazione entro le 16:00 del giorno precedente alla prenotazione.
- È possibile prenotare con un anticipo di 10 giorni rispetto alla data d’interesse.
- Le prenotazioni possono essere modificate o cancellate entro le 20:00 del giorno precedente alla prenotazione. Sarà nostra cura chiamarvi il giorno della prenotazione per la conferma.
- Nel caso in cui non confermiate la prenotazione entro le 20:00 del giorno precedente, ci riserviamo il diritto di cancellarla. Per questo motivo vi chiediamo di indicare con precisione il vostro numero di telefono per essere contattati.
- Nel caso in cui il numero risultasse inesistente, ci riserviamo il diritto di cancellare la vostra prenotazione.
- Il tavolo verrà riservato per 1 ora e 30 minuti a partire dall’orario della prenotazione confermata.
- Non è possibile chiedere un’estensione della permanenza, anche nel caso di ritardi.
- È possibile cancellare la prenotazione con le seguenti modalità:
– Dal pulsante nell’email di conferma o in quella di promemoria ricevuta 24 ore prima
– WhatsApp
– Inviando un’email a info@hyggecorner.com - Se si desidera modificare la data o l’orario di arrivo è necessario cancellare la prenotazione ed effettuarne una nuova.
- In caso di arrivo in ritardo o in caso di modifica del numero di persone vi chiediamo di segnalarlo attraverso WhatsApp.
- Qualora non vi fossero disponibilità, consigliamo di monitorare il sito spesso o di provare a contattarci su WhatsApp per verificare se ci sono state cancellazioni.
- Siamo disponibili tutti i giorni dalle 10:00 alle 22:00.
