Without compromising on quality, we are driven by a “zero-waste” ideology in the kitchen and most of our produce is homemade.
From fermenting our own flavors to balance our dishes or valuing food discards to make new sauces and drinks, everything becomes an opportunity to learn, create and have some fun.
Our breads and pastries are made with natural sourdough starter and organic flours sourced from Italian mills, with an hold on tradition and a view on the future.
